I sent all 3 (parent/ declaration and MSFAA) in one envelope to the registrars office before i realized they don't all go there....hopefully they will pass the form along?

Neither of those 2 documents even go to the registrar's office... I'd go send in your MSFAA again, and maybe even your declaration pages but to financial aid
