So i chose the osap flex plan and i paid the required amount by september 30th and im getting charged interest still. If I pay the full now then what happens to the rest of my osap money because i only received 5k out of the 9k that im entitled to. this doesn't make any sense to me...

The rest of the OSAP will go to your bank account, make sure to bring your banking information (a cheque for example).
