Does anyone know if OSAP sends you a letter in the mail telling you your estimates, entitlements or any other information or is it all online? My friend who also applied for OSAP told me he got a letter telling him all that. I didn't get any letter, so I don't know if he's mistaken or I just didn't receive one.

I think you pick the option of whether you want an email notification or a letter.
