OSAP not issued this term...
for me becuase i dropped a course last term and have an extra course this term. the money to be issued was early a thousand. is there any way i could get this back?

That's something you have to take up with the Student Financial Aid office, go to them for all of your OSAP stuff. Though, if you break the terms of your loan (with your classes or your grades, etc) they reserve the right not to give you any money. Best go talk to the school ASAP.

thanks a lot. one more question:

my account statement's current balance is at $471, does this mean that i need to pay them that amount or i'm getting 471 dollars back?

If your account balance says "$471.00" that means you OWE that money. If it says -$471.00 then that means you over paid something and you can get that money back.
