Do you guys know when the OSAP money will be put into the bank?

I was planning on picking it up on the first day back but I don't know when it will surely be deposited into the bank.

I need to pay a downpayment on something. Will the money be in before Feb. 1st?

A quick response will be greatly appreciated.

When I got it last time, they told me "within a week" from the day i went in to claim it. I would assume its still the same one week time frame.

I need to know for sure though that it will be before Feb 1st. Anyone who can confirm this?

Sorry, I can't confirm it til at least the 4th when I go to get mine. Why it would take 4 weeks to transfer money electronically though, idk.

Ugh. I am taking a gamble then. I just said yes to this deal and I'm sending my down-payment tomorrow.

I've heard that it only takes at most a couple of weeks though.

Last term I had mine in my bank 3 business days after I went in and collected.

If not, Im in as much trouble as you are, since my february rent is coming from it.

Lucky you then. I went in last time on Aug 24 (first day of OSAP pickup) and then had the money on Sept 15. :(. That's a long wait.

I am too. I just found an excellent deal on something and I just put it on reserve.

I am sending the downpayment tomorrow. If I don't come up with the full amount before Feb. 1st, I am so screwed.

Anyone?
