So I just submitted my OSAP application online, and then I previewed my Payment Agreement on MUGSI. Under 'Payment Schedule' the OSAP row showed this:

"OSAP - NO APPLICATION: DUE TO EITHER A DELAY OF MINISTRY PROCESSING (CHECK BACK BY JULY 15TH) OR YOU HAVE YET TO APPLY, PLEASE APPLY NOW."

Can I confirm the payment agreement now or wait a few more days for the OSAP to appear?

Also, how long does it take to process an OSAP application? Thanks in advance.

You can confirm the payment agreement as many times as you want until you have to pay.

OSAP takes a while to process, but you'll be fine if you applied already. Just remember to submit your signatures.
