External Funding Option During Payment Conf Question
So I'm about to confirm payment and there's this option saying external funding. that includes USC right? i'm hoping someone knows what that is and it'd be best if someone has USC too. it's basically an education savings plan...i dont know much about it.

so would i click partial or full? i'm not sure how usc works. do they pay FOR YOU or give the money to your account so you can pay it yourself? i have enough funds for my first year tuition and stuff...so do i click full? or like...not click anything at all...

help is appreciated! thanks~!

I'm pretty sure the money goes to you and not to your tuition. Well, it's supposed to go to your tuition but it goes through you first. So it's not external funding.
