Osap on Payment Agreement
I was just wondering if anybody else is not able to see the price of tuition adjusted with osap factored in on their payment agreement. I remember other years part of the osap was removed from the total, but my tuition shows up as full right now for some reason.

mine deducted ..
You should check your OSAP application - maybe there's an error they made or maybe the school hasn't received your signature forms..

For some reason, OSAPs not showing on my payment agreement either. There's no problem with my OSAP application, it's already submitted, the funding has been determined and the third option to allow the ministry to pay fees on my behalf says "yes". Guess I should contact them.

My OSAP application is fine too, submitted and entitlement is there with the release dates, but on my payment agreement where it says "check back for entitlement by August 15th" there's still no amount listed, it just says N/A. It does list the amount that will be deducted from my OSAP though under the type of payment plan.

Ya. Where it says based on your OSAP estimate this is the amount we will deduct mine has an amount, but then where it says to check back for entitlement by August 15th there is no amount there.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else !!! I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it! If anyone knows what the problem is, or how they got it fixed.... I'm starting to worry OSAP won't come in on time now!
I emailed Financial Aid to have them switch the option on my OSAP application to "remit fees on my behalf" they emailed me saying they did it but it doesn't show any change made on my online application... This was awhile ago too, like the end of July
My payment agreement on Mugsi says OSAP is my funding option BUT it doesn't say my OSAP amount on the application "Check back Aug 15".... WTF?

I was just about to come on here and ask the same question. The same thing is happening to me and I did everything right. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Yeah hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I'm just worried because I keep thinking I messed up with my OSAP application or my payment agreement.

When I first submitted my OSAP application I chose yes to the "remit fess on my behalf" and this is still happening on my payment agreement too. Seeing as quite a few others have posted saying basically the same thing, I think it's an issue on the school's end, or solar specifically

When I applied for OSAP I chose no for the "remit fees on my behalf" option and it still deducts my OSAP amount from my payment agreement. Should I uncheck OSAP from my funding options to fix this? If didn't allow OSAP to remit fees on my behalf how is it being deducted from my PA :S ?

Make sure you check 'OSAP' as a 'funding option'.. the "BASED ON YOUR OSAP ESTIMATE, THIS IS THE AMOUNT WE WILL DEDUCT. " line should show how much OSAP is covering, and the amount you have to pay out of pocket will appear under 'payment in full'. My entitlement says 'N/A' as well; pretty sure it's been that way every single year I've done this.

SOLAR is the school's course registration system.

If you aren't using OSAP to pay your tuition then don't select it as a funding option.

Yes and if you haven't noticed you need to go to SOLAR in order to view and make changes to your payment agreement, which is part of registration...
