Hello, I was wondering how long the OSAP pick-up goes for and what happens if you don't pick up your OSAP money by the end of September? Do you not get the OSAP money for term 1 or?

I'm not quite sure what you mean with your first question. If you mean 'when can I pick up my OSAP' you can do so until a week or two before the end of each semester.

If you don't pick your money up by the end of September, it just means you do it directly through the SFAS office instead of in the student center. (: (in other words, the location changes)

There are no penalties for picking up your OSAP late (except perhaps unnecessary interest on your student account).

One possible penalty if you don't pick it up from student centre (not SFAS office) is that they might revoke your bursary. So watch out for that!
