Are you talking about the ASAP Pass? All I know is if you have it then you can go to the front of the line (at least that's what it says on the pass itself). So I guess if you have it then just go to the front and ask the people there what to do with it.

Isn't the confirmation of enrolment done at the time you pick up the funding?

Yes it is (unless you don't qualify for OSAP this year but have loans from the past, in which case COEE is done at the SFAS office).

Quick question, but the release for my OSAP is september 8, but the osap pick up locations at Convocation Hall for undergrads only go from August 24 to September 2. What should I do?

That's only for early pick-up. If you look at the table here, under the OSAP release tab, it says "All students" and Sept 6 to 23 in MUSC. http://sfas.mcmaster.ca/osap.html

Hm. Under "Aid released to date" It said September 8th 2011 is the date when the funding certificate will be released. Does that mean I can't go for early pickup?

the confirmation of enrolment form is filled out when you go to pick up your OSAP right?
Because that's all that's left for me to do, on my "to do list"...

and it says release is Sept.08, but it's okay if I go before that, right?
just making sure, because I'm gonna be travelling from Mississauga, just to pick it up early and avoid the long line during the first week.

THANKS!

Don't think you can pick it up before it's released. Also, it's probable that you won't be able to pick it up on 8th either, they would have to receive all the documents from OSAP. I believe they receive them twice a week, I can't find the information on their new website though. You should visit SFAS when you get to school or you can call them now to figure out when exactly you can pick up your OSAP. You won't want to spend 45 minutes in line and finding out in the end that the documents haven't arrived yet.

Yes the CoE is done when you pick up OSAP. You won't be able to pick up the money before they release it... I'm fairly certain that if they haven't released it you can't take it. You can always call SFAS to confirm though. sfas.mcmaster.ca

I haven't received any OSAP email in a while, not even for pick up dates.... Should I be worried?
