Oh, and I've decided to pay in full if that means anything.

Yes, you still have to "pick up" your OSAP so that you can sign off on the money going to McMaster.

Oh, thanks! And since my tuition will be paid in full by Sept 1, and because OSAP is released in two parts, the 2nd part of OSAP wont be going to Mac, but my pocket?

I need to pay by OSAP, but on my Payment agreement there was no OSAP option. It was payment in full, installment, monthly A and monthly B options. I went with installment because it seemed the most OSAP-y. Is this the correct choice? The sept. & jan. OSAP payment thinger.

Those options don't correlate with OSAP. You can select any of those and still pay with OSAP. To the left of that section, you should see a box that you can check off that is listed for "OSAP" and it should say "Estimate" next to it.
Check that off to pay by OSAP.

OSAP isn't a payment plan. You check OSAP in the box to the left and it'll deduct whatever amount OSAP is giving you from your tuition (It'll only deduct 60% of your total OSAP amount).
Payment plans are totally up to you and your financial situation.

I checked and OSAP is checked. So now it is OSAP, with the installment plan checked in the middle. It seems right, because at the bottom it mentions payments for Sept 1, and Jan 15. Which is what I guess it is supposed to be
