I got my OAN password reset at Mac.... for some reason the password doesnt work.

Does anyone have a number I can call for someone to help me @ mac?

You could call 905 525 9140 and ask to be directed to the Student Financial Aid Office or "OSAP" office. I don't think they'll provide that information on the phone though. If you forget the OAN yourself you must go in person to retrieve it. I don't know but I'm going to assume that the password retrieval service works the same way?

Your best bet is to actually go into the office and ask them to reset it. That's what I had to do, and I was able to access it 24 hours later. If not, try calling them and ask them what the best steps are.
