I was wondering how long after applying for a summer job on OSCAR plus does the employers usually reply back?

It depends on when the last day for application to that job is. I'd say within two weeks of the last application day.

Could be any time; if its a position planned well ahead of time it'll usually be after the deadline, but if they need a position filled asap, employers can take a look at submissions whenever (I believe)

At points they will never reply back if you were not considered for the position.

I applied the first day the jobs came out and I got an interview one week ago. They usually wait till the end to see who the candidates are and fish out the ones they like. Good luck!
