So I've applied to various jobs about more than a week ago. I have seen from other threads that Oscarplus waits until the application deadline on the job posting before sending out your application to the employer. Can someone confirm this is true?

When I applied for summer jobs through the work study program, I was never contacted for an interview until after the application deadline.
