So I ordered something online mid January to my residence. I checked the tracking thing and it said it arrived January 31st. But since then, I still haven't received an email from the common's building. It says that it has successively delivered to stoney creek. I acknowledge how it takes a few days for them to sort the mail... but it's been 2 weeks.. I don't think it should take this long. Anyone know anything about this?

Check your residence mailbox. There will be a slip in there indicating where you need to pick it up

Okay, so it was delivered to Stoney Creek, but does it say it was actually delivered to McMaster? If not, then it seems like it would still be at Stoney Creek...

Probably your packaged is still in transit in Stoney Creek.
It should say 'Delivered' if McMaster Residence received it, and at that point you can go to Commons and collect it.

I had the same thing happen to me this month. Even though it says its still at Stoney Creek, it probably has been delivered to Commons by now. Especially if its been two weeks. Go to the service desk to check for the package as sometimes they forget to send an email saying the package has arrived.
