I actually never really noticed how many pairs I had until someone asked me and then I felt like counting, I don't remember the exact number but I know it was over 50.

Wow, honestly... How are you even still alive? I don't think I could handle that high of a stress level or that challenging of a life. How do you do it?

I'm not complaining that my life is terrible and that the world is ending, it's just something to talk about that I so happen to be discouraged by.

Bah, I apologize on the behalf of your parentals. I understand though, mine haven't been too keen on me spending paychecks on things otherwise than my education
But kudos on the 2 boxes...I think that's what I'm hoping to get down to
actually....maybe 3...

Just be happy you only have to cut down on your clothes. I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment into a room off campus. Imagine what I had to get rid of.

eek, must have been a heart-breaking experience. I'm so glad/lucky that I get to leave my sofa in my room at home!

The worst part was downgrading from a queen to single bed, to maximize the space I have. Sofas I can live without.

Packing clothes is the worst. I'm so jealous of guys, they have it so easy when it comes to packing up clothes. I always end up packing way too much =/

Actually, I normally over-pack very little. The funniest time was on my grad trip this last March break - I even had less than most of the guys!

The definite thing to do is to pick out all of your important clothes. Things you see yourself wearing. Take that with you, and thats all. From experience packing your whole dresser is definitely a bad idea and will just take you longer to deal with.

Just because I have a lot of clothes doesn't mean I don't know how to pack....I don't understand why you find it necessary to be so obnoxiously rude.
