Nope, the system keeps track of where your transponder is to prevent people from doing this. For example, if you use a ticket to get in the lot, and then try to get out with your transponder, the system won't let you because it thinks the transponder should still be "outside". You'll have to enter with a ticket and exit with the same ticket, which you'll have to pay for. $5/hour until 4/4:30. After that point, the charge will stay the same for the rest of the night, so you don't have to bother leaving and entering again with your transponder.
