I won't be able to come on move-in day so I'll have to navigate my own way around. Never really visited the bates building in first year, and was wondering what parking was available near Bates from which we could move our stuff. I was in Hedden last year, which had its own parking lot right out front, but don't know if Bates has a similar layout.

Google maps shows a round road right in front of Bates which can be accessed from Cootes.

Yah, Bates has a parking lot and it cost 5$ to park for I believe it is half hour to an hour.. However for most of the year the pay meter was broken.. Ususally you can get away with parking without paying... If you get caught without paying, it is a 30$ fee, hahah!
