Parking violation...
I've been recycling the same parking ticket (the thing you put on dashboard) one week at a time and it has worked fine all summer, until they caught me twice in a row this week

What will they do if I don't pay the fine besides the interest (will they tow my car)? Are there any parking lots that are close to Mac and free?

(I'm such a cheapskate)

Not sure, it's McMaster that is giving out the ticket right?

A friend ended up getting like 50 tickets and they towed his car. He paid for one and they tore up the rest of his tickets. =p

Yeah, not surprised they towed his car. It is private property so McMaster can call in a towing a company to tow your car away.

That's pretty crazy though, 50 tickets o.O

He never had to pay for anything until it got really bad. And then he ended up paying for only one ticket. Compared to paying for parking it was a really good deal. I wouldn't advise it as things may have changed since 2006

unless the car is registered under your name, don't worry about it.

if its registered under your name, they will charge it to your student account.
