Past Exams now ONLINE in PDF
Written by Chad Fullerton
Our favourite librarian, Krista, recently
posted a tip on the MacInsiders forums about McMaster Libraries releasing a great new addition to their website that I'm sure a lot of students will find useful. It's the addition of putting past exams online in PDF format, available whenever you need them from the comfort of your own home/res.
Previously you would of had to visit the library, go to the reserves section, see if any exams existed (and hope nobody had taken the reserve material out before you arrived), then if you found one you'd go and photocopy it for referencing later. Now it's a lot more convenience and accessible to find these past exams to help you study for what's coming up next month.
How do you view these exams? Simply follow the steps below:
- Go to the MILLS section of the Library website
- Click Course Reserves on the left hand side
- Where it says "Course Name", type "Previous Exams"
- Presto!
Krista further explains, "
I believe we only have last year's exams and it is dependent on the professor to give us the exams (so we don't have everything)".
