I paid my payment agreement on the first day i got to campus using a money order from my bank, but it is now the 3rd week i've been here and on my payment agreement and student accounts it shows that my balance is still owing. Just wondering if anyone knew how to update it or who how long it will be until it is updated...thanks!

In this case, you need to check a few things first.

1) Time - It takes a while to sort out 27,000 student accounts. So, it may take a while for everyone to be completely updated in the system. Generally, they are completely set in their paperwork near the end of Sept.

2) Check it again, MAKE SURE THE CURRENT DATE IS SELECTED. It may have updated now, Make sure that under the row that says "Received for next academic term" does not show that balance.

3) If it still is not there, check your bank. Was the money taken out?

4) If all else fails, you need to see STUDENT ACCOUNTS AND CASHIERS in GH to look further into it. You don't want to default your account - its not good
