I don't think you will get "deregistered" from classes over 20 cents. They charge interest though which isn't a big deal considering the amount. Not sure if you can pay it in cash though. I would just wait until you pick up osap to make sure.

You wont be de-registered at most youll might have to pay the $35 penalty and im pretty sure you can just pay the 20 cents in cash in person at student accounts.

As Sinan mentioned you will be charged 35$ if the balance forward on your payment account isn't fully paid. If you chose payment in full as your payment plan then your balance forward isn't fully paid.
You should try and pay by interac (if McMaster accepts interac from your bank). If not try and set up a bill payment using online banking.

I've asked this question like 2 times, no response lol
Any info would be appreciated.

It's because we don't know. Interac is a new service that started this year.
By rule of thumb, pay everything a couple business days beforehand.

Usually the university sets 12 am or 8.30am deadlines. So I would pay before midnight on Aug 31.

Ok, thanks. I read on the Mac website that if you pay with Interact, the transacation shows up in your balance immediately while telephone or online banking takes a few business days to be processed.

Yeah, but if something does go wrong with interac then you are basically screwed.

Yes, I'm going to pay it tomorrow or saturday the latest. I have a question, if i keep up a 9.5 GPA, how many years can I renew it? Is it for 3 years or i read something the university is going broke and it may not be that long?

Well, what's the name the of scholarship when you go look it up on MUGSI?
I can't provide a link that confirms it's only 1 year, but it doesn't say that it's more than 1 year.
The same information for the year before stated that it was renewable.

Go to mugsi then click my financial aid and scholarships the go to scholarships and awards. Your entrance award should show up there. there will be the total value say $2000 then the payment amount which is the money you got this year say $1000. So the there is only one more installment of $1000 left meaning it renewable for only one more year.
