It says total award value $1000 and payment amount $1000. Does that mean I cant renew it next year if i get a 9.5 GPA?

If the total value is equal to the payment amount then no I dont think its renewable. Sucks but its probably because of the economy. Last year the award was renewable for another year and before that it was renewable for all 4 years.

Ah, this sucks soo bad. So students entering 2nd year, they will have had the entrance scholarship for year 1 and 2 but not 3 and 4?

Yeah, last year they dropped it to 2 years.
