Does anyone know where to print Payment Agreement form on Mosaic?

I usually take that form to the bank and pay it there, but only option I see right now is paying my spring course fees online. If anyone paid already after registering for courses, did you just print account summary and took it to the bank?

You don't need to print anything and take it to the bank. You just need your student number and the amount you need to pay. The payment agreement should have those things, but you don't need the payment agreement to pay.
