Okay, huge question. I just switched my specialization and my total fees have increased by about 800 dollars. It told me to reconfirm my payment which I did.
Earlier, I paid the total amount, and only realized afterwards that I got a scholarship. So MAC has my scholarship money, but now I have to pay more. Should I just subtract my new balance with my old balance minus the scholarship amount, and pay that amount to McMaster?

ex:
2500 : old tuition (amount that mcmaster has now)
1000 : scholarship
3600 : new tuition

so I would do 3600 - 1000 - 2500 = 100 balance.

Would McMaster understand this?

That should be fine. Student Cashiers would be able to clarify that for you but I don't see why there would be any problems. You can go see Student Cashiers on the second floor of Gilmour Hall.
