Payment Agreement Question
So I sent a cheque to Mac about 3 weeks ago to pay for my tuition in its entirety, and my Account Statement indicates that the Total fees=Payments received and the balance on my payment agreement is now $0. However, when I go to "Pay Your Account" it still says Payment agreement balance=the amount I sent them in the mail? Why is there a discrepancy b/w the account statement and the pay your account page?

I have the same problem as well.
I'll have to call them tomorrow and complain about this.
