PDF ON MAC CRASHED - how to recover safed pdf !!!!!
I was working on a PDF doc, yesterday and it crashed on me, and when I tried to open it again, it only shows me the version which I saved before, and the files i had before, I even tried going to recetn items it wouldnt show up there either ? ANYONE ?????
ANd i know for sure I saved a version at around 3 pm , so how do I get that back ?

The only chance of recovering the document is unfortunately probably now lost because the computer overwrites and deletes files in the temp folder quite often. In the future, if preview crashes, you could try checking your temporary folder:

Also, be careful when editing PDF files. The standards are not very clear and editing PDFs in an editor other than Adobe Acrobat Pro can cause problems. That's not to say that everyone must get that insanely expensive program just to do what they need to do, I'm just saying to save often. In fact, it probably crashed while you were saving.
