Personal Timetables Will Be Released On Aug 11th

On Tuesday August 11th at 8:30 am, you will finally be able to see your assigned personal timetable.
There are two ways in which you can view your timetable. One way is through MUGSI and the other way is through Maccess (maccess.mcmaster.ca) .

To view your timetable through MUGSI:
  • Go to McMaster's homepage
  • Click on MUGSI at the top of the page
  • On the left hand side of the page, click on "Undergraduate Personal Timetables" right below "Grade Reports"
  • You will then be asked to login using your MacID and password and will then be able to view your timetable.
To view your timetable through Maccess:
  • Go to maccess.mcmaster.ca
  • Login using your MacID and password and then click the "Academics" tab at the top of the screen
  • Then, click on the "Timetable" tab to view your personal timetable.
Remember, you can't do anything to your timetable until SOLAR reopens on Aug 13th at 8:30 am. At this time, you will able to change your timetable and choose different cores, labs and tutorial sections if you want to.

If you didn't confirm your payment agreement on time you won't be able to view it.

I also checked before 12:15AM and couldn't access mine...so if it was before then you may not be able to view it.

Hmm, maybe it's the people who confirmed their payment agreement whom it showed up for so early (now)

Heyy, I know that this isn't available until 8:30am,

but my friend accessed HIS timetable by going to macess.mcmaster.ca and using his macID to log in.
I tried this, but it won't work :S
I am freaking out, lol.. it says my username and/or password is incorrect, so I tried logging in using my friends MacID and same thing.

IS anyone else having the same problem?
I dont want to wait till 8:30am, I wanna see it now

Hmm, it opened for almost everyone on MI , did you confirm your PA before July 30th? That seems to be the problem with a lot of people

question :D
just checked my timetable and it looks okay i guess but when we change our tutorial and labs around for a course do the tutorial numbers have to match the lab numbers? (example: if we change it to L61 do i have to pick T61?)

Generally yes. Don't worry about it though. When you select your Lab number, the page reloads and if I remember correctly, the tutorials should be limited to the ones that you can take.
