Physics 1l03 Or 1b03
Hello. so im planning on taking grade 12 physics at summer school. I was wondering if i shud select phy 1lo3 or just go straight into 1b03.. or should i do both (thinking of med school) thanks!

From what I've heard, 1L03 is a repetition of Grade 12 physics, so if you've already taken it in high school, might be better to just take 1B03. In terms of med school, 1L03 won't count as a physics course because there's no lab component, 1B03 will though.

Unless you're taking gr12 physics because you failed it during the school year, I would go with 1B03.

If you're comfortable with high-school physics, don't bother with 1LO3. Also, there are quite a few threads comparing 1LO3 to 1BO3 so go through those and that should help you make your decision.

thanks! and no im doing it for the first time . (i did gr 11 physics .. dropped from an 87 to 82)
