I'm looking for a location at or near McMaster where I can learn piano or Arabic.

This may not be what you're looking for, but I'll mention it in case it helps:

The MSA (Muslim Students Association) occasionally has arabic language primers (specifically focused on Quran studies I would guess) hosted by some arabic speaking members. I've never attended one of these, but I have muslim friends who have and said it was valuable.
