I had to format my previous laptop and lost Maple 15 as a result.

I reinstalled Maple 15on my new laptop and the Customer Service girl reset my password.

Now, the problem is that whenever I try to activate. I get the following message:

"There was an error while trying to write your license file. Please ensure you have proper permission to write to the license directory and try your request again."

I do not know what to do. It has been 4 hours since reset of my purchase code.

I am using Windows 8 on a Core i7.
