Don't label yourself. There's nothing crazy about you. Shrinks aren't for crazy people, they're for people who are having issues. It's pretty normal.

Yes but isn't the shrink there to label me?

I don't think that sounds crazy, but I don't really know you know how you act. But even if you don't think there's anything medical wrong, based on what you've put in here, I'd still recommend you go see someone and talk it through. See if it makes you feel better and if they have any suggestions, and if you don't like, just never go back.

Its not a label and it doesn't dictate your lifestyle. Its just a word to describe what your brain might be going through.
And he's not there to label you, but to provide a crutch for you to get a move on in your mental state.

Everything you posted on here and the questions you posed in that write up.

And if you don't want a diagnosis, you can see a social worker or counselor, and they are far less likely to label you (if I remember correctly, they're actually not allowed to because they aren't doctors). If they think you might have a mental disorder they might recommend you see a psychiatrist, but you can always pass.

I think the only thing that bothers me is that I can't just go around and talk to anybody that I want to. But I don't see everyone doing that so I don't feel crazy.

EDIT: Nevermind.

Edit 2: Social interaction is interesting. Can't be completely truthful can we?
