Even if you don't really take it too seriously in business, it's still relatively easy in my opinion. The material/concepts aren't hard to grasp and the only kicker is usually back-to-back midterms and assignments, plus the late night or early saturday testing. (or the year-one killer report)

Everything else in first year is basic and pretty much a joke.
