The company Prime Home Services has been recuriting across mac for student managers, I was just wondering if any one had feed back if it is a scam or if its legit, because they gurantee $10, 000 by the end of the summer but i danno.

Yep, it's a scam! It's called "College Pro Window Cleaning." Type that into Google and you'll see scam pop right up. You can read other people's stories of how they got EFF-ed over. I was seriously considering doing it until i Google-ed it and found out what they're really about.

Preview of what you'll soon find out: You have to give them a certain amount of whatever you make, and it's a LARGE chunk. Also, apparently you sign a contract and if you don't have any business and you want to quit, you have to pay them something like $4000. CRAZY SH*T!

Whenever these guys come to lectures (usually 1st year classes) I just write "SCAM" all over the sheet.

College Pro has nothing to do with Prime Home Services. They are not he same parent company or anything. A quick search at their websites.

Based on personal experience, Prime Home Services is not a scam. Though I don't have first hand experience on their business modle.

-I've never used a forum with Facebook Login before, I've only really seen it used for commenting on blogs. Its an interesting idea though, do you know of any other forums using the vBulletin software that have implemented it?

-Its worth noting that we've had threads about similar companies, and had their employees join for the sole purpose of defending them in the past. Its completely kosher; but it doesn't actually help change people's minds. Posters who have already built a reputation for honest and helpful posts have in the past talked about their terrible experiences.

-These companies may not have the same parent companies, but they have the same business model- that's what people are worried about.
