To me this has scam written all over it possibly

I don't think it's a scam, I know him lol. But if you don't remember posting anything, that is pretty odd. Ask him where exactly he saw your post or check for yourself and see. There's usually an option where you can see all the posts you have posted through your settings or something.

That is such a nice house! It's so cute and clean and colourful! It's rather odd that there aren't any pictures of the bedrooms though

yeah your right its not a scam LOL can't be to careful tho, but yeah its a nice place for the price i might look into it, but iam on 5th place on the waiting list do you think this year that there will be spaces ? cause i heard this year first year was really fulll in courses and everything

I'm sure people will drop out of res... it always happens. Something out of their own hands occurs and they just need to leave. My friend's dad died earlier in the year and she decided to leave res in late September to stay home with her mom and such. Of course, I hope nothing bad like this happens to anyone, but you never know? And some people may end up not being able to afford it, etc. Alot of things could happen. 5th place is pretty good

lol, as you can see this is not a scam WavesSea, so you're ok and Dan has posted in here to show you it isn't.

He basically just wanted to let you know that he has a room for rent and that he most likely contacted a few people (including yourself) that posted on the macoffcampus site to see if there was interest. As for the link, Mac students are allowed to host small websites via their muss account (by adding the ~username to the end of the url) so he was just utilizing that service.

By the way, really nice looking house Dan! A huge backyard with a porch and BBQ... thats sweet. Wish I had that Whats the monthly rent rate? You don't mention a rate in the ad.
