Printers Allowed in Dorms?
Just wondering if students were allowed bringing in their own printers for convenience?
Thanks in advance

Or just a 2-in-1 scanner & printer

Adding on, will printers with just black ink suffice? Or will you need colour at some point? Thanks!

Of you are in Science, you won't need a colour printer. If you have to make graphs just make sure to label the different plots with different symbols and of course the legend.

If you absolutely need colour but don't have a colour printer, you can print stuff at the library. I forgot the rates... I think it's around 25cents per page for colour... If you have to print a lot in colour such as online notes, then you'll want to get yourself a printer.

You can always print stuff off at the library if you don't have a printer. If you plan on printing out course notes then investing in a printer would probably be best. If you don't plan on printing out course notes then it's up to you if you want a printer or not. Without course notes you are probably only printing like 5-8 pages a week for all your courses (labs, assignments, etc...). If you plan on printing course notes you are looking at A LOT of pages. I can't really estimate but I would probably say like 25-30 pages a week.
