I know there was a couple issues with this earlier but I've been trying to get a hold of the Social Science Department and have not been able to get my hands on anyone.

My scenario is just like a few of my engineering buddies going into Management; we can't take the course as Solar notifies us with not having done any of the pre-reqs, which is the exact opposite.

I've tried emailing them, and as I mentioned before, have been calling for quite some time without luck. Does anyone know the deal with Econ 2X03? Has anyone solved the problem, and in particular, anyone in an Engineering & Management Program? Thanks in advance

Talk to the economics deparment as well as the Engineering and Management Academic Advisor, they should be able to put you in, unless you don't have the pre reqs. If you don't have the pre-reqs you have to take Econ 1bb3 in first sem than Econ 2X03 next sem.

If nothing else works, you can try filling out an Econ SPACE form:

Thanks guys! Ironically, I've been trying to contact the Social Science department for pretty much the whole week, and I finally got a hold of someone today =)

They cleared it up after seeing I had the pre-reqs and provided an exemption while pointing out that it was weird that the system hadn't accepted me ^^.
