yep! these are run through athletics and recreation. I don't believe they have courses that will earn you credit towards your degree but there are plenty of ways to be able to do these things. You can pay a little extra in your gym membership to have rockwall access. As for the other things, check here: http://www-athrec.mcmaster.ca/

Can't wait for that either! Speaking of which, how much is the membership for DBAC, including the Pulse and all facilities?

Lol, I stopped making New Years resolutions. It's funny how people want to change only during New Years. It takes them the New Years to start improving themselves and in the end a lot of them give up. If you have to wait until New Years to change your lifestyle then chances are you aren't going to follow-through.

I would say summer resolutions are a lot easier to attain compared to New Years resolution. In summer, you don't have as much to do. If you have work, it's not like you have homework to do or have to study for your work.

On top of that, if it's lifestyle changes that you want to attain, it's sooooooo much easier in summer. You can easily go for walks or jogs and it's even better at the beach since running in sand takes a lot more effort. Running on a treadmill indoors isn't the funnest thing to do. You stay in the same spot, you are always looking at the same places.

Oh and by the way, the best times for jogs or runs are in the morning before that heavy pollution sets in from all the cars.
