I stay up for no legitimate reason whatsoever. :|
I explained to a friend the other day that:
-studies have proven that less sleep = shorter lifespan
-why do I get less sleep? staying up late
-why do I stay up late? for no reason, because I'm procrastinating and wasting time
THEREFORE, procrastinating = detrimental to your health.
doesn't change a thing for me though.
