How to prove that I have received my degree for grad school?
TL;DR need to prove I got my degree, mcmaster sends me in a circle, need help.

One of the final requirements for graduate school at Queen's University is to show that I have been awarded my degree and the date of my convocation. It isn't on my transcript according to the staff at Queen's. I emailed the science academic advisor's office and they told me to search the registrar's website. I can't find any information other than this on the registrar's website:

Enrollment and Degree Verification Partner

McMaster University has joined with AuraData, Canada's online education verification system for the purposes of verifying degree completion status of McMaster University graduates. For degree verifications please go to www auradata com

Which is not very helpful because that website says " This system is not for individuals to confirm their own graduation. These accounts will be locked and no refund given for any search processed this way!"

Any help is appreciated.

Go on MOSAIC --> Student Centre--> Under academics, search for enrollment/financial letters under drop box --> and then search for a degree awarded letter which can be mailed directly to Queen's. But under normal circumstances, Med/Grad school should be able to verify your degree completion for your transcript, idk why Queen's is not like that.

If you want your degree on your transcript, you were supposed to check that off on the transcript request and then they would wait until the transcripts have been updated in order before sending the transcript to Queen's.
But yeah, you can use the method mentioned above to get them the letter since the transcript was sent too early. That's likely why it wasn't on your transcript, though.
If you have other questions/issues you should contact the registrar's office - they're the ones who deal with stuff like this.
