I think its because i didn't take psy. During summer i called the school, and they told me I don't need to take psy (even though it says requirement for life sci under group A mandatory courses). they said as long as im not going into anything that require psy as a prerequisite in 2nd year, ill be fine. But when i click degree audi, the front page says it says "You must submit your Personal Degree Audit Report request to see how your registration or amendments to your registration have changed your outstanding degree requirements.".
So does that mean i have to do something about it? would i not pass 1st year if i dont take psy?

I assume psy = psych 1X03 or 1XX3.
No, you don't need to take them if the second-year program you want doesn't require them. I would recommend making sure you have completed the requirements for another first year program just in case, but it's not necessary (unless things have changed...but if the advisor told you that, then it should still be fine).
If you're in first year, then obviously you have outstanding degree requirements...nobody expects you to have completed 3-4 years worth of credits in a single year :/
That message that you bolded shows up for everyone. It just says you should check degree audit to make sure any changes in courses you're registered in don't negatively affect your progress towards your degree.
