Is there any tutorials for psych tomorrow?
Also, when do you start doing the online part of psych... I don't understand.

Yeah psych tutorials start this week.
And they expect you to watch the first lecture before coming into the tutorial, so try to watch that tonight to stay on top of things!

Yeah there is a psych handbook at titles that I saw for $30 which has select slides with space for notes that would be quite helpful. There was no e-book last year, so I have no idea what thats for >.<

yeah the tutorials start this week, there was a glitch with the e-books so you dont have to read chapter 1, its optional (it really just expands on what the online lecture was about, so no harm done). The handbook allows you to write things in it and i believe they require you to get it, but not too sure. Watch the lecture, write some notes and thats about it.

Is the e-book required? What does the e-book consist of that is different than the lectures and the handbook where you can write notes down in?

yeah i believe so, on avenue there are a bunch of posts asking if its required, and most of the replies say it is. Think i even quoted one in another post. I only read the first chapter since thats all we were told to do, it expands on what was said in the lecture, goes into more detail, also has info that the handbook and lectures dont have. The handbook is just the lecture in paper form which allows you to write notes, there are also questions in it. So its just like a textbook in any other class, just that this one is an online class.
edit
not the same quote but "
Yes, the ebook is mandatory. Course materials presented in the ebook, web lectures and tutorials are testable.
I hope that helps!

You have to go to a link to buy it online and download it. Its around $26 I believe they are trying to setup that you can go to titles and buy an access card (but as of right now titles does not have them) The link to buy it online is http://www.nelsonbrain.com/shop/isbn/978-0-17-6613976
Edit: On avenue its looks like "PSYCH 1X03: PNB - Introductory Psychology - PSYCH 1N03" So if you have the class you should have that link, if not I would contact someone (no idea who though)
