Psych 1xx3, Math 1lt3, Or Music 1aa3
The three courses PSYCH 1XX3, MATH 1LT3, and MUSIC 1AA3 are going to be my term 2 backup courses in case the courses that I wanted were full. Which one of these courses is easier and has less work?

Additional information that may help:
1. Im in life sci 1 and registering tonight

2. I was planning to take these courses in term 2 as well
BIOLOGY 1A03
CHEM 1AA3
PHYSICS 1B03
MATH 1B03
HTH SCI 1PA3

3. i have a background in music (RCM piano up to and including grade 9), but i am not good at history

music is an easy course from what i hear. psych and math will take more work than music easily. i wouldnt recommend hth sci but if thats what you want then youre good to go.

I've heard really good things about the course itself, but it's pass/fail so it doesn't count towards your GPA.

Psychology 1XX3 is Psychology 1X03 v2. Its all online lectures by the exact same professor with 1 tutorial a week. Now this is good for time management but personally I had enough of Dr. Kim after 1X03, ymmv.

HTH SCI 1PA3 is a bird course; you should take it if you feel that your first year courseload is going to be overwhelming for you. Every week a faculty member comes in to talk about their respective area of research. You gotta just write short summaries based on the lectures. Therefore, attendance is mandatory (you're only allowed to miss two lectures). At the end of the course, there is a bigger writing component. All of this is just pass/fail so its relatively easy.

Music is easy, especially if you have some background, but chances are it's probably full. That course fills out godly fast...
I took psych in first year too, definitely more work than music but it's kinda fun.
