im going into second year and was wondering if the grant i got from QEII can be renewed for the same amount this year

Yes, but you had to apply for OSAP last month (I think it was June 17th) and have your signatures in by this Friday.

you need at least a certain avg in first year

9.5 is the average you need each year to renew.
