Question about LEAP program

Hello,

I just got an interview from McMaster as a LEAP instructor. It is a group interview. I am in first year and this is going to be my first interview ever. I would really appreciate it if anyone who worked as a LEAP instructor could give me a general idea about what LEAP really is, and how is the interview like? Also, any tips for group interview is appreciated as well.
