Question on OSAP application
One of the questions on the OSAP application (under "previous post-secondary studies") asks:

Have you ever taken full-time postsecondary studies?

What are you supposed to answer for this question if you are not in 1st year? I know common sense would indicate to say Yes, which I did but then they go into quite a bit of detail regarding this previous attendance of a post-secondary institution.

Are they referring to post secondary education that was taken at another institution/another program other than the one you are currently in?

You must have been a full time student at one point. It's postsecondary studies in general. So unless you've been a part-time student ever since first year, the answer would be yes.
