Osap application change request
Ok, so I know I need it. All i just need to do is change my program of study to engineering 1, but the back side says has the income/amount stuff that i previously did on osap (which is no different from now). So do i still have to fill it out, or do I not need to? I don't want to make 2 trips to mcmaster just for this.

Um...it would be easier to email them at [email protected]
Include:
SIN, date of birth, student number. I include my OAN just for fun.
But if you prefer doing the paper form anyway, fill out the same details as you did before. Although there should be no confusion, explain that you did this in your email to them. I always say things multiple times when dealing with the OSAP office. I know they get me the first time but I figure better safe than sorry with loans.
