im in first year engineering and i dont think my GPA will be high enough to continue at mac (not even a different program) so does anyone know how to apply to a different university or college and who i can talk to about this? thanks

You should speak to an Academic Advisor about that, they'd know the best about what to do with your situation.

To apply to transfer to a different university, you need to apply through OUAC 105. There is no specific deadline to apply, as it varies for each university. You should call the university you wish to transfer to, and find ask them what is required for you to transfer. Some universities may require a supplementary form.

In most cases, you won't be able to apply using your high school marks, it'll be using your marks from this year (or perhaps a combination of both...). Keep that in mind when considering where to apply--you can't just pretend this year never happened and start over somewhere else.
