quick question??
someone told me there is some kinda deposit we have to pay after we confirm our PA..
is it true, do we have to?

No deposit, just follow the schedule outline in Box 6. You can also pay ahead of time if you wish (If you aren't paying in full it'll lower the amount of interest you have to pay).
