quick question about my timetable
ok so i got my timetable and i was happy with it, I showed it to my friend and she pointed out that for some classes i had the tutorial before the core class. I looked and saw that she was right. So i would have a tutorial on monday and not have the core until wednesday or something. I thought maybe it would work itself out once we started the year but i want to make sure. Is that normal? Another friend of mine from guelph says she has the same thing. Should i be worried?

Its fine, they schedual tutorial assignments and such so that all students have an appropriate amount of lecturing to do what is being taught in tutorial.
For example: Genetics 2C03 from MON-TUES all tutorial questions focus on what was presented the previous week so that all student have a chance to practice with equal knowledge.

That being said some people don't like early tutorials because for example if a paper gets assigned for that week to read for example on the weekend (if its up late), the Monday people have less time to prepare than say the Friday people.

All in all I wouldn't worry about it, the prof has the tutorials schedualed for whenever having in mind the core section lecture time.
